We do clearly cover in the item description that any guns shipped to us from the factory with a hi cap mag will not be shipped to any state that the mags would be illegal . This is in the red and blue text at the bottom of the item description. I am sorry if we had missed your email from 3 days ago that is not normal for us but always possible given the large number of emails we receive each day. Your order also appears to have shipped today and you should have received a email with shipment info.
